Q: How can I get a copy of my registration payment invoice?
A: Return to your registration record via Registration Return Visit Services to print an invoice or update your registration record.
Q: Can I purchase a guest pass for evening events?
A: Yes. You may purchase guest passes onsite at the MMS Registration desk. These will allow guests over the age of 21 to attend the Expo Welcome Reception and the Attendee Party.
Q: I registered, but am now unable to attend. May I send a colleague in my place?
A: Of course. To request a substitution, visit Registration Return Visit Services, enter the username and password you created when you registered, and under Registration Quick Links, select the Substitution option. A new person may substitute for an active registration for the same registration fee. If you do not see the option to substitute through Return Services, please visit Registration Customer Service for assistance.
Payment: No action is required if the new registrant will keep the same payment. To change the method of payment, please email MMSemail@example.com to have someone contact you for new payment information.
Hotel: If a hotel record exists in this record, it will be automatically transferred to the new registrant. Please confirm all hotel dates and preferences carefully to ensure they match the requirements of the new registrant. The new registrant will be responsible for any hotel cancellation charges or no-show fees if the reservation is not properly updated.
Q: Who can I contact with a question about the event or CommNet access?
A: If you have a question about the event that is not answered here, please send an email to the MMS Event Team alias, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: Where do I find the latest session and general MMS updates?
A: Session details, updates and other important MMS information will be available online at www.2013mms.com. Onsite, the updates will also be available via the CommNet stations located in Attendee Services. In addition, the Information Desk, located in Attendee Services, will have general conference information.
Q: Is CommNet accessible from mobile devices?
A: Yes, CommNet has been optimized for access via mobile devices. Simply sign in to www.2013mms.com/signin from your device.
Q: How do I get copies of the presentations?
A: Session PowerPoint presentations and supporting files will be via MSDN Channel 9 approximately 24-48 hours after the live presentation.
Q: Will I be able to access Hands-On Labs online?
A:During the registration process you’ll have the option to add an Extended Lab Access Subscription to your record for $199. The subscription entitles you to online hands-on lab access for six months after the event.
Q: Can I use my wireless card at MMS?
A: Yes. A wireless network will be available to attendees in the MMS areas. Attendees can use 802.11a/g devices to connect to the wireless network to check session schedules, connect to the Internet, and stay current on all the latest conference news.
Q: When do I need my attendee badge?
A: Your MMS badge is required for all MMS activities located within Mandalay Bay convention space. For the Attendee Party, you will need the official wristband provided to you at registration. Guests will not be permitted into the attendee party without their official wristband.
Q: Is there a dress code for MMS 2013?
A: Casual business attire is recommended for the event, including the Solutions Expo Hall Welcome Reception and the Attendee Party. Weather in Las Vegas in April can vary greatly and the evenings do get chilly, so be sure to pack accordingly.
Q: Can I use my cell phone during the event?
A: Of course, but we do ask that you be considerate of other attendees and our presenters. While in sessions, please set your cell phones to silent modes. Exit the session if you need to use your cell phone.
Q: Will there be a first aid station at the event?
A: Yes. For routine medical assistance, a First Aid room is located on Level 1, behind the business center, across from Bayside A. If there is a medical emergency, please dial 77911 from any house phone. Please do not dial 911. Contacting 911 by phone or cellular phone could cause confusion and delays in response by emergency personnel. Convention center security will contact Fire or Police agencies and will be able to provide efficient address and location information, as well as render immediate, critical care. A map will be available in the conference guide.
Q: Is smoking permitted at the event?
A: Smoking is prohibited throughout Mandalay Bay, with the exception of the main casino and designated guest rooms. Please utilize designated smoking areas only.
Q: Will there be a Lost and Found at MMS?
A: Yes. If you find an item, please note the location where it was found and turn the item in to the main MMS Information Desk located on Level 2, across from Attendee Services, outside the Mandalay Bay Ballroom. If you lost an item, please check with the Information Desk.
Q: Are business services available at the event?
A: Yes. A FedEx Office Print and Ship Center is located in the South Convention Hall at Mandalay Bay. They’ll be able to help you out with virtually everything to meet your business needs. Contact the Business Center at 702-262-5320, Monday through Sunday, 7:00am-6:00pm.
